"I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth." — 1 Corinthians 3:6
You go first. You start the conversation. You cast seed through presence, love, and courage. You don't need to close the deal — just show up and plant.
"Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men." — Matthew 4:19
You walk alongside. You follow up. You provide resources, encouragement, and presence over time — keeping the seed alive until it breaks ground.

You disciple. You build community. You nurture growth toward fruit. Still there when everyone else has moved on — because lasting change takes time.
"Make disciples of all nations... teaching them all I commanded." — Matthew 28:19–20
Gideon's 300 over 32,000. God didn't need the biggest army — He needed the fully yielded few. Quality of heart over quantity of numbers. Always.
